Inner-Work

Every day we have another opportunity to go ‘within’ and explore who and what we are.  And when we remember that we are divine expressions of God it helps us move past our fear, doubt, and insecurities.

I decide TODAY that I am worthy and deserving of the goals, dreams and aspirations I have set for myself this year!  I am grateful for everything that I have and recognize that everything in my experience is there to assist me to do my inner-work.

Heart:  I open my heart to be flooded with Love, Understanding and Compassion.

Mind:  I open my world-view to be more Accepting, Embracing and Inclusive

Consciousness:  I open to a higher-consciousness within me that knows it is all One.

Reignite your Passion for Life

January is the month that many of us set new goals for our lives.  Some people call them Resolutions.  I like to call them Re-Commitments!

But even a Re-Commitment has little chance of being achieved if there’s no Passion behind it!

Ask yourself these questions to reignite your Passion:

1.  What do I love to do?  What do I spend time on that when I do – times flies?
2.  What makes me feel Alive?  Jazzed? Juiced? Excited?!
3.  What have I been telling myself I want to do?  Month after month – Year after Year?

These are just the ‘Tip of the iceberg’ to tap into that Passion – that Joy.

Life is meant to be Enjoyed!  Let’s use January to Reignite that Passion.

Today is my Birthday!

In the past – I’ve always wanted to have a celebration and a ‘special‘ day for myself. Over the years the need for that has diminished because I finally get it – Every day should be a Celebration! Every day is a day to recognize – not only how special I am – but how special is the ‘I AM’.

I AM One with Spirit and One with EveryONE and EveryThing! And, so Today I celebrate all of YOU!!!

Where has the time Gone?

It’s hard to believe it’s been over a year since I posted something here! Either I’ve been really busy or really lazy! Truth be told I was finishing up my Masters program at the University of Santa Monica and then busy launching my new business, Heart-Centered Programs.

Starting next week I’ll be back fulltime posting on a weekly basis (to start)!

SpiritWalk is a special experience and fundraiser created to benefit the University of Santa Monica’s Tuition Assistance Loan Program.
